2013 Fundraiser Coming Up!

The annual fundraiser for Robbins Area Christian Ministries will be a

Sweets and Treats Festival

to be held on

Saturday, May 4th, 2013, from 11:30 am - 5:30 pm

at one of our member churches,

Robbins First Baptist Church, 651 E. Hemp Street, Robbins, North Carolina.

We hope you can plan to attend!

All profits from the festival will be used for food and utility bill payments for struggling community members in the greater Robbins Area. The area our nonprofit serves is still seeing increasing job layoffs and increasing need so we are hoping for yet another record fundraiser.

Come have fun while raising money for a good cause. No admission fee and plenty of free parking at the church.

This photo, taken in November of 2012, showed the Food Pantry shelves of Robbins Area Christian Ministries almost bare.

Then, in the latter part of the year, thanks to donations from many individuals and groups, those empty shelves filled to overflowing.

Now, here it is the beginning of February and those shelves are fast approaching being as empty as they were in November.

We are now supplying food bags to around 200 community members each month --- not always the same people each month, as hard times come and go.

Chocolate Festival Photos

We were really pleased with the results of the Chocolate Festival fundraiser for RACM. Profits were just short of $3600, the best we've ever done with a fundraiser! Everyone seemed to have a great time, too! Those funds raised will go to help with utility bills of area families who are struggling.
